AI appliedto complex organizations

Monolitica helps organizations accelerate AI adoption and unlock their full operational potential.

What sets us apart

AI applied to reality,
not just demonstrated.

The difference is not only in the technology. It is in how we understand operations, build with teams and measure what changes in their work.

We start with real work,
not technology.

  • We listen to the people who know and do the work
  • We map processes, information and bottlenecks
  • We choose the problem before the tool
  • We define the outcome that matters

Sectors

Two sectors.
Deep expertise.

Creating value takes focus. We work in the sectors where AI has the greatest impact - complex operations and repetitive work.

Solutions

Recurring problems.
Solutions focused on real work.

We build products for the specific needs of each organization, grounded in its processes, teams and context.

Andorinha

A single source of truth for municipalities and parish councils to handle and assign reported issues.

Every reported issue in one place, with an owner and a clear path to resolution.

Elo

Recruitment, leave, training and offboarding, connected in one place.

HR follows every step. People take part through a simple link.

Responsible operations

AI that integrates without losing control.

Adopting AI in complex organizations takes more than a good model. It takes integration, control and accountability from the start.
  • Integration

Built to work with existing systems and processes.

  • Governance

Clear access, responsibilities and usage rules.

  • Human review

Critical decisions remain under the teams' control.

  • Security

Data protection and risk management from the design stage.

  • Handwritten letters from Monolitica's outreach campaign being prepared

    20 August 2026

    Outreach is saturated.

Getting a response has become increasingly difficult. So we went back to the traditional way of doing things - We sent 100 handwritten, hand-stamped letters. It might be the most absurd way to do outreach in 2026. We’re the only ones in Portugal doing this. Let’s see the results.

  • Monolitica and Norton Audio

    10 August 2026

Last week we spent some time with the Norton Audio team,
    a Portuguese professional audio manufacturer,
selling across more than 30 countries.

A few recurring challenges stood out - 1. Counting equipment is not enough. Each unit has its own history, condition and availability. 2. Before thinking about AI, the information needs to be structured and connected. 3. The most useful opportunities are often very practical, less manual work, easier access to information and better visibility across the operation. This is the kind of work we like doing at Monolítica. Understanding how a company actually works first, and only then figuring which systems to implement. Thanks to everyone at Norton Audio for the session.

  • Monolitica and CMFD on carbide tooling

    5 August 2026

Last week we spent some time with CMFD,
the exclusive representative of Van Hoorn Carbide in Portugal.

Three ideas stood out - 1. The knowledge is there, but it isn't documented. It lives in the heads of people who've been there for twenty years, in notebooks, or buried in old emails. 2. Tools don't fail because they're bad. They fail when they're layered on top of processes nobody has mapped, using data nobody really knows the source of, and sitting alongside the systems people already use instead of fitting into them. 3. AI doesn't solve any of this on its own. Once the workflows are understood and the data is organised, the hours spent on manual labour start to disappear. That's how we work at Monolítica. Thanks to the CMFD team for the opportunity.

Complex operations call for clear solutions.
